By booking a lesson with Lorenzo at Surf Skate 101, you agree to the following terms.
24 hour cancellation notice for ALL lessons: if a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, you are required to call Lorenzo and give notice no later than 24 hours in advance or you are responsible for full cost of lesson.

Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are available only when you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, or if we cancel due to unsafe conditions and cannot reschedule.
We monitor surf, tides, wind, rain, heat, and surface conditions. We may postpone, relocate, shorten, or cancel for safety. If we cancel and can’t reschedule, you’ll receive a refund or credit.
You agree to follow coach instructions at all times. Risks include (for surf) rip currents, impact with boards/fins/reef/rocks, sun exposure; (for skate) falls, surface hazards, impact injuries. Bring water, sunscreen, and appropriate attire/footwear.
You confirm you are fit to participate and will inform us of any relevant medical conditions (e.g., asthma, recent injuries). You are responsible for personal medications (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens).
A parent/guardian must sign for minors and remain reachable during the lesson. We may require guardian presence for younger participants.
We can provide boards, leashes, helmets, and pads as noted in your booking. You are responsible for returning gear in similar condition, normal wear excepted. Damage from misuse may incur a fee.
Group options list a minimum and maximum headcount. Pricing assumes the booked group size; changes to size must be confirmed 24+ hours prior to the session.
We’ll confirm the exact meeting point (beach or skate spot) before your session. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and gear up. Parking/entry fees (if any) are your responsibility.
We sometimes take photos/video for training feedback and marketing. Check this box if you DO NOT consent to your image being used in our social/website materials.
By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks of ocean and skate activities and agree to assume all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless [Business Name / Lorenzo, employees, contractors] from claims arising from participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these terms or unsafe conduct.
No alcohol/drugs before or during lessons. Follow local beach/park rules. We may end a session (without refund) if behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
We are not responsible for loss/theft/damage to personal items brought to the lesson.
We aren’t liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control (severe weather, road closures, emergencies, etc.).
These terms are governed by [State/Country] law. Any dispute will be handled in [County/City, State/Country] courts or by agreed mediation/arbitration.
